Bowl Soup of the Day
The Mediterranean Fish soup/stew was fabulous. Loaded with fish and scallops a bit spicy which I LOVED!

Flat Iron Steak
My favorite local restaurant for both casual meals and special occasions is Firebrew. Recently, I ordered the Flat Iron steak, which came with a honey bourbon glaze, roasted red potatoes, and vegetables. The steak was tender and juicy, while the roasted potatoes and vegetables were seasoned to perfection. The bourbon glaze was absolutely fantastic! The service staff is always attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Firebrew for enjoying a meal, trying an appetizer, or having a special night out. Pam W

this was the best i ever had and the wings were so juicy flavorful .. the bar tender was so nice and recommended items i would make this my to go to spot!!!

1/2 Rack BBQ Baby Back Ribs
This has become our "go to" meal although for us as a couple, the half rack is more than enough. We love the owners and Lea is always great as a server. We have had a hard time finding a great place for special occasions in VB but Firebrew never disappoints.
Soft Pretzels
Love the soft pretzels and delicious beer cheese. A great shareable appetizer.
