Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Entree
Dine with family on our way to the airport. Firebrew is conveniently located near our home in the Courthouse area. We were somewhat pressed for time and were seated promptly and service was excellent. I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp with Mac & Cheese and Baked Potato Wedges. Everything was cooked to perfection!! I endeared up taking home shrimp and macaroni and cheese. The serving was most generous. All five of us were very pleased and were approached by management on departing to make sure everyone was satisfied! The atmosphere was inviting and we'll surely go again!
Twelve Baked Chicken Wings
I went on a Monday for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the 2 course lunch special. From the various options for courses 1 and 2, I chose the Caesar salad and baked wings with buffalo sauce. The salad was a generous portion and a great starter. The wings were moist and meaty, charted on the outside and truly done perfectly. The sauce was spot on with the right amount of heat and flavor. The server was attentive - always keeping our drinks filled. The 2 course lunch is a fantastic value! I look forward to my next visit.
Bourbon Mushroom & Onion Burger
Very delicious burger,cooked to perfect temp. I will return to try other menu items. Very enjoyable ambiance. I had a lemon drop martini, which was perfectly made!
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Entree
We were here for a visit and decided to try it out for dinner. The service is amazing from the time we walked in we were seated right away by a very friendly staff. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp, grilled cranberry melt, chicken bacon sandwich, and garlic and herb chicken , we all cleared our plates! The expresso martini, orange cream drink, and iced tea were amazing as well! I honestly will say it is so good!! Hannah was our server she was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and on point with everything. I would recommend this place to everyone! We will be back!

One of the better dips I've had in a long while. The Au Jue was perfect.
BBQ Pork Tacos
Thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ pork tacos. The generous portion of meat was extremely tender and seasoned to perfection. The pineapple salsa added amazing flavor. Would definitely get again.
FIREBREW Cheeseburger
The first stop when we get close to sandbridge is to firebrew. Everything is always great and were always sad to say goodbye. The burgers are always a must. Can't wait to visit again, soo !!!
FIREBREW Dip
Great bun and juicy beef. I wish they had provolone cheese, but the mozzarella worked. Highly recommend it. Did not know they were automatically adding the tip to the check. How can we be sure the wait person gets the money?
Sweet Thai Chili Glazed Salmon
Everything about the dish was incredibly good. It was not overly spicy, the Thai chili accentuated the salmon flavor, rather than overpowering it. The risotto was perfect, not overly seasoned, so all of the flavors popped out. Overall an incredible dish, and one i will be getting again.
