These salmon bites are seasoned and grilled to perfection. I've had them each time I've visited and they are superb. We were greeted and seated quickly. Hannah provided excellent service.

Love the Chicken Sando! Can't resist a chicken breast covered with onions, bacon, and swiss cheese. Plus it comes on my favorite- the cranberry artisan bread. And I never leave hungry because it comes with 2 grilled chicken breasts! As with all meals that I've had at FIREBREW, this menu choice is consistently top notch and yummy!

My husband and I love Firebrew! The service is always top notch and the food is amazing. The Bacon Wrapped Shrimp is our favorite appetizer. It is cooked perfectly and is beyond yummy! We love that the owners come out to the tables to see how we are enjoying our meal. We usually choose to sit near the kitchen so we can watch the efficiency of the team. Everyone works so well together.

I HAVE to tell you about Firebrew's chicken wings, especially because I'm a wing snob. I always have very specific instructions when ordering wings, because they never seem to be cooked to perfection. You know what I don't have to do at Firebrew?? Order with specific instructions! These wings are the absolute definition of perfection! They are always just the right amount of crisp on the skin. Honestly, you don't even need a side sauce for them, but those are delish, as well. Anyway, after they cool off (because at Firebrew, you actually get fire-fresh food), pop one of these puppies in your mouth! Experience juicy deliciousness that will transcend you to wing heaven! The flavor goes beyond just the skin, which is where a lot of establishments tend to fail. You literally get a mouth burst of flavor. And, EACH wing is the same. There is never deviation. And, with all dishes at Firebrew, you always know what you're getting. Consistency. Deliciousness. Quality. But, don't try the wings, because I need for you to make sure there's enough for me!

The entree was delicious. The glazed Thai sauce was savory and sweet. I replaced the risotto with mashed potatoes, and it was the perfect mixture. The asparagus was roasted and at the perfect temperature.
